This is from a submission for Storylands from last year. I wrote it with Johnny Gallagher and it features ace stand up/improviser Edwin Sammon and my comedy chum Kevin McGahern. The quality's not great but its alright because we have an excuse. If anyone has a mad rich aunt looking for a flutter give me a bell.
Enjoy!

Kev Ball
My friend Kevin McGahern and I shot this in 20 minutes after a weekend writing session had yielded zero results.

Drugs: The Terrible Terrible Truth
Hello you two!
I'm putting up the various messings I've spammed onto youtube over the last while in one easy to avoid place, this blog.
Here's one. It's a film I was paid one hundred euro to make for my old secondary school. The kids came up with the story and I ran it into the ground. Watch out for a stellar performance by Eddie Connolly as the police man/ solicitor who was so funny I immediately decided I needed to exploit him for my own personal financial gain. Its unfair to single him out because all the kids in this are really great. My friend Eoghan Quinn was a teacher there at the time. He's in South Korea now, squandering his natural comic talent by "teaching". Wuss.
Enjoy

LIFE COACH TRAILER
After months and months and months and months, Life Coach is finally ready to emerge gooey and screaming for the world to see. There's six episodes in total, some of which may be cut in two because of youtube's 15 minute limit, so when you think about it, its really more like eight episodes (Its not though. Its still six.).On September 10th we're uploading Episode 1 (slightly longer version of the pilot already online) and Episode 2 (brand spanking new).
Our super editor/co-producer Rory Walsh has cut together a magnificent trailer for the series. Kevin McGahern has made a lovely animated opening sequence, and the splendid Emmet O'Malley is diddying it up in the music department. The series was created by myself, Bob Hennigan and Eamon Quinlan. Here's the trailer:
